DURABLE
VIVA BOARD is one of the most durable building boards. It combines the strength of cement with the flexibility of wood like no other material.
NOT DELAMINATE
Non-delaminate, due to its one step forming process.
SAFE FROM TERMITE AND FUNGUS
Because of its high alkalinity (PH 11), VIVA BOARD will not be attacked either by wood boring insects or fungi in all climate conditions or at high moisture contents. VIVA BOARD is also termite proof because the wood particles are immersed in cement.
HEAT INSULATION
VIVA BOARD has an excellent heat insulating property due to its wood content. Its K value is less than 0.125 W/m °c , one of the lowest among the external use building boards.
EASY WORKABILITY
VIVA BOARD install by using light-frame construction system that is quick and dry. Most conventional wood working tools can be applied.
ASBESTOS FREE
VIVA BOARD is asbestos free and do not contain any health hazardous contents such as urea formaldehyde found in other board materials.
WEATHER RESISTANCE
VIVA BOARD is weather resistant because the wood particles are mineralized. Thus, it does not degenerate from the effect of moisture, rain, sun, or heat.
LOW WATER ABSORBTION
After 24-hour soaking in the water, VIVA BOARD absorbs the water only 12%. Prevent the water seepage or leakage and paint peeling problems.
VIVA Board contains high percentage of cement content permitting it to be highly fire-resistance.
